Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2021 seeking permission to the petitioner to run a bunk petty shop for the petitioner in outside the Taluk Office of Tambaram.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2021 seeking permission to the petitioner to run a bunk petty shop for the petitioner in outside the Taluk Office of Tambaram.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, the and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
