(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after having obtained instructions, learned counsel for the Corporation states that in view of the sentiments expressed by the Court in the order dated 18.10.2016, the premises will be de-sealed by tomorrow, but subject to the orders to be passed in the Special Revision petitions and the appeal pending before the first respondent.

2. The writ petition is accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
