The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on all alternative days morning at 10.30 am for a period of three months in Crl.O.P.No.15034 of 2024 in Crime No.379 of 2024 dated 28.06.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
