This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 137 days in representing the Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, however, on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.
