(a) To direct the defendant herein to handover the charges of the plaintiff Sangam and College to the plaintiff's Executive Committee and continue as Administrative Adviser to the plaintiff's Sangam and College. (b) To pay the costs of the suit.

JUDGMENT
This Civil Suit has been filed for the following prayers: (a) To direct the defendant herein to handover the charges of the plaintiff Sangam and College to the plaintiff's Executive Committee and continue as Administrative Adviser to the plaintiff's Sangam and College, and (b) To pay the costs of the suit.

2. Today, the plaintiff, i.e. L.Noelraj is present before this Court. The plaintiff-Sangam produced a letter dated 22.10.2025 of Akila Thiruvithamcore Siddha Vaidya Sangom, Anandasramam, Munchirai, Pudukkadai P.O., Kanyakumari District--629 171, addressed to Padmeshwari, informing to withdraw this suit, and the same is hereby recorded.
3. Learned counsel for the second defendant objected for withdrawal of the suit and the second defendant was impleaded as one of the party, and therefore, the suit cannot be withdrawn.
4. Since the plaintiff is the "dominus-litis" and now wanted to withdraw the suit, this Court is inclined to permit the plaintiff to withdraw the suit.
5. Hence, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
