O R D E R
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 03.07.2024 made by the petitioner herein to take suitable action on the 5th respondent herein within a stipulated time period that may be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed as against respondents 5 to 10 affecting their interest, notice to those respondents is hereby dispensed with.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had given representations dated 04.06.2024 and 03.07.2024 to the respondents-Police seeking a direction to take necessary action against the 5th respondent, who was colluding with the offenders respondents 6 to 10 herein to grab and occupy the property of the petitioner's family, but still no action was taken against them the present petition is filed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents-Police to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 04.06.2024 and 03.07.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties including petitioner and respondents 5 to 10 herein.
6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. There 3/5
shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
