This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in order dated 27.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14192 of 2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 08.07.2023. He further submitted that the First Information Report is now transferred to Ponamaravathi Police Station, Pudukottai District.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Ponamaravathi Police Station, Pudukottai District, once in a week i.e on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
