O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register an FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.01.2016 and to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that even though the complaint dated 28.01.2016 has been received by the 2nd respondent, he has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and to register an FIR. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint given by the petitioner, both the parties were called upon for enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the counter petitioner has agreed to repay the amount in monthly installments of Rs.10,000/- per month, which was accepted by the petitioner and she has also withdrawn her complaint. In this regard, documents have been produced. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
