Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction from the petitioner and further, a letter sent to the petitioner has also returned. From the above, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the case any further.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
