These Miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition and extension of time to comply with the conditional order of this Court dated 15.07.2024.

2. This Court vide order dated 15.07.2024, had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.130 of 2024 before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. Thereafter, this Court vide order dated 30.07.2024, had extended time till 03.09.2024 to comply with the said condition. Subsequently, on 03.09.2024 this Court had extended the interim anticipatory bail till 10.09.2024 and again on 10.09.2024, the same was extended till 20.09.2024.

3. Today (26.09.2024), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is unable arrange the said sum, he could not comply with the conditional order of this Court dated 15.07.2024 and thereby, he seeks to modify the said condition as well as prays for extension of time.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.18,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakhs) to the credit of Crime No.130 of 2024 before the learned Magistrate concerned and two weeks time is extended to comply with the order of this Court.

5. Accordingly the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
