Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider and pass orders on the Petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2021 praying to cancel the Patta No.2594 issued in favour of the sixth respondent within a time limit to be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2021, praying to cancel https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Patta No.2594 issued in favour of the 6th respondent within a time limit to be stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner filed an appeal as against the issuance of patta in favour of the sixth respondent before the third respondent. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed the fourth respondent to send a report.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on receipt of the report from the fourth respondent, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
