ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the complaint dated 09.03.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 09.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 21.06.2016. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
