ORDER

This is a petition for direction to issue copy of the Order of dismissal of discharge petition dated 04.01.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.343 of 2013 in C.C.No.9825 of 2005. Order was pronounced on 04.01.2016. Copy Application was filed on 04.01.2016 in C.A.No.44 of 2016.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Copy Application has not been complied as on today. Copy of the Order is very much essential for them to take further action.

3. In the circumstances, the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, is directed to take immediate steps to comply the Copy Application in C.A.No.44 of 2016 filed for furnishing copy of the Order dated 04.01.2016 passed in Cr.M.P.No.343 of 2013 in C.C.No.9825 of 2005 on the file of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai.
