ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent police to alter the First Information Report in Crime No.41 of 2016 by incorporating the Sections 326 and 307 of IPC even though case has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 447 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the typed set of papers.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police is ready to alter the FIR by incorporating the offence under Section 326 IPC after obtaining wound certificate from the concerned medical officer. He further submitted the ingredients of Section 307 IPC has not been made out.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
