ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the representation sent by the Petitioner vide the letter dated 13.10.2021, delivered on 16.10.2021, to cancel the Patta No.
2176 on the file of Zonal Deputy Tahsildhar RI, Chengalpattu which was transferred in the name of Mallika in respect of the property in ad-measuring an extent of 0.38 cents out of 1.45 acres of land comprised in Nanjai Survey No.6/2 at 14, Perumattu Nallur Village, Chengalpattu Taluk.

Heard Mr.G.Mohana Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents. 3.
The petitioner submitted a petition before the second respondent for cancellation of patta issued in favour of one Mallika in Patta No.2176 on the file of Zonal Deputy Tahsildhar RI, Chengalpattu and it is pending on the file of the second respondent.

Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and conduct enquiry after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
