This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in order dated 31.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16921 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court-VI, Coimbatore, once in a week at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
