2. Learned counsel appearing for the official respondents is directed to produce the documents to substantiate that the proper exercise has been made for relaxing the conditions of Rule 20(2) of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tender Rules 2000.

3. Post the matter for final hearing on 18.07.2022.

4. Interim Injunction already granted by this Court on 03.12.2021 is extended till then.
