This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner except due process of law.

2. Heard Mr.E.Karuppaiyamooppanar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that a petition enquiry is pending in Current Paper No.388 of 2023 based on the petitioner's complaint and the petitioner was called for enquiry in connection with his complaint only.

4. In the light of the above submission, it is left open to the petitioner to attend the enquiry. If the petitioner refuses to attend the enquiry, the respondent police shall close the complaint. 2/4
