This criminal original petition has been filed, seeking direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.210 of 2018 pending investigation on the file of the respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions of one Nithikumar, Police Constable, No.1522, would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report is made ready. However, since the post of the Judicial Magistrate, Sulur is vacant, they are unable to file the report before the Court. He would further submit that the final report will be filed within one month from today.
