JUDGMENT

2. The reason for such posting is that the order dated 24.03.2025 has been typed by the Private Secretory as "Registry is directed to post this appeal before the concerned Bench...". The further sentence "as has been indicated in the judicial order dated 11.04.2023 by the other Division Bench" ought not to have been typed, as that order relates to yet another case in similar matter.

3. Therefore, the corrected order is passed now, that "the Registry is directed to post this appeal before the concerned Bench".
