3.This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application. Even otherwise, the written statement must be taken to have been filed within time by virtue of the orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Miscellaneous Application No. 665 of 2021 dated 23.09.2021. 4.In view of the above, this application is allowed and the written statement of the 4th defendant is taken on record.
