This Civil Revision Petition is filed to allow the C.R.P and set aside the order dated 10.07.2023 made in RCA.No. 74 of 2015 passed by the IX Court of Small Causes at Chennai against the E.A.No. 135 of 2014 in E.P.No. 186 of 2013 in RCOP No. 288 of 2011 passed by XV Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. Considering the affidavit filed by the revision petitioner, agreeing to vacate the premises, this Court inclined to direct him to vacate the premises on or before 31.05.2024 failing which the Decree Holder is permitted to proceed with the EP proceedings.
