ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent police to initiate further investigation in Crime No.13 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by him, a case in Crime No.13 of 2015 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 506(i) of IPC. referred charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet, when the petitioner filed the protest petition, it was returned with an endorsement "final report not yet received hence returned". Hence, the above petition has been filed for the aforestated relief. 3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet on 28.03.2016 and communication has also been sent to the de-facto complainant/the petitioner herein to appear before the Court within 15 days. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet, communication has also been sent to the petitioner to appear before the Court within 15 days and so, the petitioner has every right to file the protest petition to re-agitate the matter, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
