A.No.4559 of 2022 A.No.4559 of 2022 in O.P.No.576 of 2022 K.KUMARESH BABU., J The learned counsel appearing for the applicants today has stated that she was not able to carry out the amendments as ordered by this Court in its order dated 13.04.2023, since there is a difference of address as regards the respondent in the affidavit and the judge's summons. She had filed a memo to the effect indicating that the address given in the judge's summon is incorrect and the address in the affidavit support of the judge's summon is correct and sought to first correct the address in the judge's summon.
