ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 7(5), 20(2) Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act 2003 r/w 328 IPC in Cr.No.465 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons were involved in illegal transportation of banned tobacco products worth about 11 Lakhs and the same was seized by the respondent police. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner along with other accused persons were involved in illegal transportation of banned tobacco products. He further submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

there are more than 10 previous cases similar nature pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the previous cases similar nature pending against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
