The application in Sub.Appln.No.1008 of 2024 was filed to dispense with the production of the original fair decree dated 28.06.2024 passed in C.S.(Comm.Div.) No.51 of 2024 and permit the applicant/petitioner/ plaintiff herein to proceed with the present Contempt Petition.

2. The application in Sub.Appln.No.1009 of 2024 was filed to accept the cause title in the above contempt petition filed against the arrayed respondents in violation of the decree dated 28.06.2024 passed in C.S.(Comm.Div.) No.51 of 2024.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner/plaintiff and perused the materials available on record.

4. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in Page Nos.1/3

support of these applications and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, these applications are ordered as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to number the Contempt Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
