C.M.P.No.15050 of 2021 in CMA.S.R.No.116966 of 2019 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 2133 days in filing the CMA.SR.No.116966 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the appellant shall not be entitled to interest for the period of 2133 days.

3. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Hence, the delay is condoned. The appellant/petitioner is not entitled to any interest for the said period i.e, for 2133 days.

4.The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.M.Jayaraj, when the matter is listed for admission.
