ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the appeal and its connected applications filed by the petitioners on 29.08.2022 with the respondent under Section 70 of the Chit Funds Act, 1982 as against the order of the Deputy Registrar of Chits, Trichy in ARC. No.40 of 2013 within a reasonable time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondent to dispose the petitioners appeal which was filed as against the order in ARC. No.40 of 2013 on the file of the Deputy Registrar of Chits, Trichy within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the appeal will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to
consider and pass orders on the appeal filed by the petitioners after providing opportunity to them within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
