Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent herein to survey the lands in Survey No.615/5 (255/4) and Survey No.613/1 (255/4) in Aangkur Village, Komarapallyam Taluk, Namakkal District, and to remove any sort of encroachments including drainage or water connections passing through petitioner's house site pursuant to District Collector proceedings dated 15.05.2024.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is unhappy that second respondent is not taking action based on the directions given by the first respondent, i.e., the Tahsildar and the District Collector, respectively.
2. Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader, places on record the instructions dated 28.9.2024 that he has received from the Tahsildar, i.e., the second respondent, a copy whereof has been given to the petitioner's advocate.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of what is recorded in the said letter dated 28.9.2024, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification, the writ petition can be disposed of.
