This petition has been filed seeking police protection based on the complaint dated 29.09.2017 for reconstructing the damaged compound wall and clean the debris in the petitioner's land in T.S.Nos.3690, 3691 and 3692 and 3693 situated at Rukmani Palayam Road, Umma Salma Colony, Mannargudi Taluk, Tiruvarur District.
2.The petitioner seeks police protection for his property. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
