ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw S.T.C.No.284 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, FTC, at Thiruchengode and transfer the case to some other Judicial Magistrate in any District, for further proceeding of the case. 1 / 3

2. The respondent has no objection in respect of the prayer sought for in this case. However, for the satisfaction of the parties, since allegations are levelled against the Judicial Officer, it may not be fair to allow the learned Magistrate to continue and proceed with the case.

3. Hence, the learned Judicial Magistrate at Thiruchengode is directed to withdraw the entire records in S.T.C.No.284 of 2021 from his file and transfer the entire papers/records to the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court at Komarapalayam, Namakkal District, who shall proceed to continue to dispose of the case forthwith, on verification of the records, if they are otherwise in order and also on merits and in accordance with law and thereby, complete the entire proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order with the records from the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchengode, and send a report to the Registry of the High Court regarding the details of the disposal of the case.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, Crl.M.P.No.12287 of 2024 is closed. 06.11.2024 cs To
