CMP No.19620 of 2025: This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1790 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of deceased P.Pappaiah/sole respondent Mr.M.Santhanaraman, learned counsel submitted that he filed vakalath for the respondents.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the respective petitions, all the petitions are allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
