In paragraph No. 5 of the counter affidavit, Managing Trustee of the first respondent Trust has stated as follows. " All the properties, which had been dealt with have been done only pursuant to the orders of the Honourable High Court and as such, only after putting on notice all the Trustees as required under clause 14 of the Scheme decree. No trust property has been dealt with by me in contravention to the Scheme decree or the provision of law."

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent would further submit that even with reference to any future alienations, the same will be done only after obtaining necessary orders of this Court.
