COMMON ORDER Mr.M.Sekar, learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice for the respondent has no objection to this Court acceding to the prayer of the petitioners, which is for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider representation dated 29.07.2022 requesting return of the deposit made by the petitioners for participation in a tender.

2. The petitioners were successful bidders and were granted licence for a period of two years for running a bar in respect of Shop No.6198 at Elupuli Village, Thiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District during the year 2017-19 and 2015-16 respectively. Since the said licence expired, they request for refund of the deposit.

3. In light of the aforesaid, there is a direction to the sole respondent to hear the petitioners and dispose the representations, both dated 29.07.2022, within a period of six (6) weeks from today.

4. These Writ Petitions are disposed as above. No costs. 09.11.2022 Sl Index : Yes / No Speaking Order / Non Speaking Order
