ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 01.12.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12401 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.No.3304 of 2016.

2. In this contempt application, this Court has passed orders on 25.04.2018, 22.06.2018, 20.07.2018 and 27.07.2018.

It may be necessary to recapitulate the order dated 27.07.2018:

"Pursuant to the order dated 20.07.2018 passed by this Court, it is represented that the learned District and Sessions Judge, Erode has handed over the necessary documents to the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Erode on 23.07.2018.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the documents are sent to Forensic Department for expert opinion. Hence, this Contempt application is adjourned by two months."

3. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that expert opinion has been obtained by the police and charge sheet has been filed on 25.10.2018 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode in C.C.No.106 of 2018.
