Respondent Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.C1/55/2021, dated 08.01.2021 on the file of the respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the suspension order, dated 08.01.2021 passed by the first respondent under which the petitioner was suspended from service.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though, the petitioner has challenged the suspension 1/4

order in this writ petition, the petitioner will be satisfied if his representation seeking for revocation of suspension is considered on merits and in accordance with law in the light of G.O. Ms. No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if such a direction is issued by this Court.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2022 seeking for revocation of the impugned suspension order dated 08.01.2021 in the light of G.O. Ms. No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
