By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard Mr.D.Padmanabhan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents 1 to 6.

3. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the representation given by the petitioner to the respondents dated 29.04.2019.

4. The petitioner herein has given a representation alleging that one Vijaybabu, a Politician is preventing him to fill the road which caused inconvenience to him to reach his patta land. Hence, he has given a representation to the Village Administrative Officer on 29.04.2019 to measure the land and take necessary action. Since his representation has not been considered till date, he has filed the present writ petition to direct the respondents to act upon his representation dated 29.04.2019.

From the reading of the representation addressed to the Village Administrative Officer and copy marked to the District Collector and others, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner is inaction of the respondents in measuring the land through Surveyor. This Court finds no document to show that the petitioner has paid necessary fee for measuring the land through the Surveyor. Hence, the request of the petitioner in the writ petition cannot be entertained. If the petitioner approaches the Survey Department with necessary fee for measuring the land, the same will be considered by them. Without approaching the Survey Department, the petitioner has approached the Village Administrative Office,r without necessary application for measuring his patta land and without paying necessary fee.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
