ORDER

These applications have been filed by the applicants/third party to implead them as party defendants in the main suit.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants would submit that they are proper and necessary parties to the suit for effective adjudication.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no serious objections in allowing these applications.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits and as the applicants are necessary party for disposal of the suit effectively, the applicants have to be impleaded as defendants in the suit.

5. Accordingly, these applications are allowed. The applicants in A.No.3845 of 2025 have to be impleaded as defendants 6 to 15, applicants in A.No.3851 of 2025 have to be impleaded as defendants 16 to 25, the applicants in A.No.3776 of 2025 have to be impleaded as defendants 26 to 30 and the applicants in A.No.5335 of 2025 have to be impleaded as defendants 31 to 36 in the suit. Post the main suit on 04.11.2025 for filing applications for amendment.
