This miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit the demand draft obtained in favour of the Registrar, High Court of Madras, to grant interim stay of all proceedings in M.C.O.P.No.1029/2016, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Principal District Judge, Perambalur.

2. Heard both sides.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition stands allowed and the time shall be extended for a period of two weeks from today to deposit the sum as ordered by this Court on 08.04.2024.

4. It is made clear that if the order is not complied with, the interim stay granted shall stand automatically vacated without reference to this Court.
