Prayer: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take immediate action against the 3rd and 4th respondents based on the Director Blue Sattai @ C.Illamaran complaint dated 11.12.2021 and to raise the restrictions headed in screening the Film Anti Indian in Parvathi Theatre situated at Periakulam, Theni District.

The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to take immediate action against the 3rd and 4th respondent based on the Director Blue Sattai @ C.Illamaran complaint dated 11.12.2021 and to raise the restrictions headed
in screening the Film Anti Indian in Parvathi Theatre situated at Periakulam, Theni District.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a Director of Tamil Movie and also social activities. He recently directed a film viz., Anti Indian for moon pictures. Initially, the censor board failed to give certificate for them having some objection. Thereafter, the petitioner was constrained to move this Court. At the instance of this Court, obtained the censor certificate and the movie was pleased to various places and got good accumulation and reviews throughout the state. This being the case, on 10.12.2021 at about 10.00 p.m. in Parvathi Theatre, Periakulam, Theni District, some people came there and claimed themselves as the representatives of the Union Political Party and created objection and obstructed for process of the movie.
Though complaint was lodged to the third respondent police, the third respondent police failed to take any action. Further, the petitioner apprehension is that over through out the state, the same thing might occur and the petitioner's film may be unlawfully stopped from screening. Hence, he further lodged a complaint to the Commissioner of Police, who gave C.No.824/COP/Visitors/2021 directed the petitioner to appear before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, CCB-I and thereafter, action will be taken. 3.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that there is no complaint pending with the third respondent police. As regards the petitioner's complaint, which was given to the Commissioner of police, Chennai, the same has been verified.
There is no material to substantiate the grievance of the petitioner that his movie has been stopped from any centre. If any contemporary materials are produced, necessary action would be taken.
4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
