Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, pleased to amend the cause title with respect of the father of the petitioner as Muthusamy instead of Chandrasekar in the above Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No.16354 of 2025 order dated 06.06.2025.

The father's name of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as Chandrasekar instead of Muthusamy. Hence, the present petition has been filed to amend the cause title.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the correct father's name of the petitioner is Muthusamy.

3. Considering the said fact, the amendment sought is allowed. The father's name of the petitioner shall be mentioned as Muthusamy wherever it appears in the order.

4. The petitioner is directed to comply with the condition and furnish surety on or before 12.09.2025.
