ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to return three original property documents submitted as Collateral security pertaining to the term loan account Nos.575/7 & 575/16 dated 21.02.1994 and 23.03.1994 as undertaken by the second respondent in their letter dated 30.12.2006.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
