This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 124 days in representing the Criminal Revision Case against the orders dated 28.12.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.2524 of 2022 in C.C.No.187 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pappireddipatti.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
