These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 615 days in filing the above revision petitions.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are ten cases against the petitioner and he had been convicted and sentenced to undergo two years simple imprisonment. He would submit that the petitioner had already served 20 months of imprisonment. He further submits that petitioner is A2 and as regards A1, this Court had disposed the revision with modification as period already undergone and the same benefit can be endured to the petitioner.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor strongly opposed these petitions being allowed.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered and the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the revisions petitions if it is otherwise in order.
