Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to act upon the complaint dated 27.09.2016 against the 2nd respondent who detained the husband of the petitioner for exploitation wrongful confinement for extortion of money/property in lieu criminal breach of trust and for cheating consequently discharge him from hospital.
