This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in Crl.OP.No.

19693 of 2018 on the file of this Hon`ble Court on 21.08.2018.

2. Being not satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. The learned counsel for the third respondent seeks four weeks time finally to comply with the condition imposed by this Court.

4. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of four weeks, finally, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

All other conditions remain unaltered.
