This petition has been filed to implead the 4th respondent in W.P.No.11044 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the proposed 4th respondent and he has no objection for allowing the impleading petition.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, W.M.P.No.29020 of 2024 is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the main writ petition on 15.10.2024.
