Heard Mr. W.M.Abdul Azeez, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

2.The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondent to dispose the representation dated 06.02.2017 made by the Petitioner so as to allow him to rejoin duty as a driver in the Respondent Corporation.

3.Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has joined duty in the Respondent Corporation and the matter has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
