O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. .

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent lodged a false complaint against the petitioner alleging that the petitioner is having illicit relationship with her husband and under the pretext of enquiry, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the third respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner that she is in illicit relationship with her husband and on the complaint petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.486 of 2022.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the second respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without 2/4

harassing the petitioner and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a period of four weeks from today.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
