3.These Civil Miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 92 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.
4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 92 days is condoned.
5.The name of the counsel for the respondents 1,3 and 4 shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
